Community Partnerships

Huntsville City Schools is proud to have a plethora of community partners who are involved and engaged in our schools.  Community partners include: businesses, individuals, faith-based organizations, non-profits, PTAs, etc.  These partnerships are formed with one goal in mind, to develop successful students and schools.  Each partnership is uniquely designed and tailored to meet a specific need for a specific school or specific classroom.

Partnerships have been formed:

  • To assist with the achievement gaps in reading and math…
  • To prepare students to fill jobs that haven’t been created yet…
  • To teach students about a variety of college/career opportunities…
  • To tutor struggling students…
  • To provide additional resources/supplies for our classroom teachers…
  • To mentor students who need additional support…
  • And, the list goes on…

We invite the community to build relationships with our local schools.  Increasing student success is the ultimate goal of all partnerships.  We thank our existing partners and we value the time, talent and treasure that our partners share with our schools, teachers and students.

As the title of Jamie Vollmer’s Book reads “Schools Cannot Do It Alone”.  For more information on how to get involved with Huntsville City Schools, please e-mail:  rena.anderson@hsv-k12.orgXổ số thành phố trực tiếp.  We encourage you to visit our donation pages and we hope you will consider adopting a teacher wish or two.
